Elizabeth Schwartz is an engaging public speaker with over two decades experience covering topics such as LGBTQ+ legal considerations, adoption, assisted reproductive technology, estate planning, and probate. Her speaking engagements include:

• CLE-accredited courses for professionals;
• panel discussions at conferences and symposiums;

• Panel: "What All Lawyers Need to Know about Florida's New Laws Impacting LGBTQ Adults & Minors" - CLE webinar hosted by The Miami Foundation for Greater Miami in collaboration with the Florida Bar Association, and held July 28, 2023.
Provides education about concepts and language to help attendees understand the effects of recent Florida statutes passed with significant impacts on Florida’s LGBTQ+ population, and how to competently represent LGBTQ+ Floridians, and provides an update on ongoing litigation over the new statutes and legal questions about their implementation and enforcement.
• Panel: "For Better or Worse in a Post-Roe U.S." - Hosted by Our Fund Foundation, two panel discussions regarding LGBTQ+ concerns in light of the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. August 16, 2022 in Broward County, and August 17, 2022 in Miami-Dade County.
